What I love most about working with Spirit of Texas (besides the amazing product) is the sheer audacity behind everything they do. Engineers at heart, they know the experience of great whiskey is defined by exposure to wooden barrels during the aging process. So they threw in some charred oak cubes. because more surface area contact means more complex, subtle flavor in less time. The result is better whiskey.
